If you are not satisfied with any item, for any reason, simply return it within 30 days for exchange, refund or credit (*except made-to-order items and some special order items). Shipping charges are not refunded.
If you'd like to exchange an item that doesn't work, call our toll free number for help in reselecting;( 512)499-0456. We sincerely want to be of service and we're happy to answer your questions about designs, colors, sizes, etc.
*Custom or special order rugs are sold on a final sale, no return basis. With the following exceptions:
- If the length or width varies by more than 5 % up or down from the ordered size.
- If the color placement or the colors used in the rug vary significantly from the designated color placement or colors so that the rug cannot be used in the same decorative environment as the ordered rug.
